CVG has been at the forefront of providing solutions on Power System Engineering with Eskom Distribution as its largest client. The Company specializes in Power System type applications having successfully completed numerous substation and transmission line projects for voltages up to 132kV. The company is also involved in modeling and optimisation of power systems and master planning. CVG is involved in a range of projects covering a diverse area of electrical power systems. The company has undertaken numerous turnkey project as the Principal Agent, project managing the erection and refurbishment of major substations and transmission lines up to 132-kV. CVG has undetaken all aspects of such projects, including electromechanical, control plant, civil, structural and environmental. The latter three aspects are achieved through our long standing partnerships with specialist sub-consultants in these fields.
